Regain Records was once again found in violation of copyrights and agreements made with Gaahl and King and was ordered to cease distribution of this release.
"Live in Grieghallen" was released in June via Regain. According to a press release, the CD was recorded live at Grieghallen in Bergen, Norway by Eirik "Pytten" Hundvin and features Infernus on bass and guitar, Gaahl on vocals, and Garghuf on drums.
